is Not Posting Issue -
If you are experiencing
your typed
information is getting erased and that information is not getting posted after you click “Submit” when using the Portal forums,
please try one of the following:
1. Use Google Chrome as your browser
2. Change text characteristics before clicking “Submit”
3. Click “Preview” before
clicking “Submit”
As a backup, highlight your
text, “Right-click” and select “Copy” before clicking “Preview” or “Submit” to
temporarily save your typed information.
